We’re looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to join our team in Amsterdam.
This role combines commercial drive with analytical thinking. You’ll build and manage relationships with affiliates from around the world while using data to make smart, performance-based decisions.
Not familiar with the affiliate marketing industry? No problem. Most of our team members started from scratch and are now experts in one of the fastest-growing areas of digital marketing. You’ll gain the skills, tools, and insights that define the future of performance.
Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with international affiliate partners
• Combine sales with data, analysing ROI, conversion rates, and margins to guide performance decisions
• Identify trends, test new campaigns, and use performance data to maximise profitability
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Pricing, Commercial Control, and Tech to optimise results
• Take ownership of your portfolio by monitoring numbers, identifying opportunities, and scaling what works
• Stay ahead of market trends, tools, and data technologies shaping performance marketing
• Represent Advidi at international industry events and conferences
Required skills:
• A strong communicator who can build trust, negotiate, and create win-win partnerships
• Analytical by nature and comfortable interpreting numbers, patterns, and performance metrics
• Curious and proactive, always eager to understand the “why” behind results and improve them
• Commercially minded with an eye for both detail and opportunity
• Results-driven and motivated by performance goals
• Comfortable using Excel or dashboards to analyse and present data
• A team player who values collaboration but can also work independently
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, and currently residing in the Netherlands
