Kings of Advidi 2024

Kings of Advidi (“The Contest”) is an initiative of Advidi – Bang! Media Group B.V (“The Company”) registered at Watertorenplein 8 1051 PA Amsterdam. As an affiliate (“Participant”) taking part in The Contest, you agree with the Affiliate Terms and Conditions of The Company, and with the terms and conditions of the contest. The Contest will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and Parties submit the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Contest details and terms and conditions

Only affiliates who are active participants in the Advidi performance marketing network (Advidi) can take part in The Contest. Active affiliates who joined Advidi before 1 Dec 2023 will compete in 3 different categories, each defined by the type of traffic they send to: Dating, Nutra or Mainstream. New affiliates who join the network during the period of the competition, or who joined the network after 1 December 2023 or who have not generated more than $500 in the past 6 months, will compete in the “Newcomer” category. In addition to the winners of the 4 categories, there will be a total of three Wild Card attendees, one from the Dating vertical, one from the Nutra vertical and one from the Mainstream vertical.

The contest starts on monday 15 Jan 2024 and ends on sunday 10 Mar 2024, CET. Each affiliate or company may only win in one category. In case one affiliate wins in two or three categories, the next runner-up from those categories will be selected to replace the slot.

The Company offers as a prize to the winners in each category an all-expenses-paid trip to Amsterdam from 25 April 2024 to 28 April 2024 (3 nights). 7 total winners will be chosen, the Top Dating Affiliate (the affiliate who earns the most points from Advidi Dating offers during the competition); Top Nutra Affiliate (the affiliate who earns the most points from Advidi Nutra offers during the competition); Top Mainstream Affiliate (the affiliate who earns the most points from Advidi Sweepstakes, eCommerce and Antivirus offers during the competition); Top Newcomer (the affiliate in that category who earns the most points during the competition in any vertical); and three Wild Cards (a randomly selected additional winner; each point earned during the competition receives one entry into the random drawing). Each winner in each category must have reached a threshold of $60,000 in revenue generated in the course of The Contest in order to be eligible for the prize.

The points will be calculated based on the revenue that each participant earns with The Company in the period of the Contest. Every $1000 in revenue will earn one point. In the case that the top 2 Participants have an equal number of points, the Participant who has generated more revenue toward the next point as of the last day of the Contest will earn an additional point and will be considered the winner.

Additional points can be earned through boosters. There are 4:

BOOSTER 1 | Signup before Jan 1st and get 10 bonus points into the competition (Newcomer Category). Signup before Jan 1st and get 5 bonus points into the competition (Dating, Nutra, Mainstream)

BOOSTER 2 | We look at a contestant’s best month (profit) over the last 3 years and reward 30% bonus points if able to outperform during the competition. If he/she outperforms both in February and in March, we grant him/her the 30% over the best of these two months.

BOOSTER 3 | If an affiliate revenue is higher than the previous cycle at the end of the given cycle, then the points earned during the last completed cycle will be increased by 10%. We want to push them to scale in each cycle. T= 0 is the start of competition, this booster kicks in 2 weeks after start, each cycle is 2 weeks. It does not start 2 weeks in advance. For every cycle you can get 10% additional points.There are 4 cycles of 2 weeks, so you can have won this 3x.

BOOSTER 4
| Every second Friday throughout the competition we will be sending a midnight mail (CET). Affiliates need to check their inbox because all traffic sent to offers listed in our Friday newsletters will earn double points. All traffic sent to the offers listed in the special offers newsletters will earn double points. Special offers will be active for 14 days and change every second Friday at midnight Amsterdam time.

Prizes are only applicable during the timeframe 25 – 28 April 2024 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The winners will be chosen based on points earned through revenue (chargebacks / refunds excluded) and additional points earned through The Contest, confirmed by The Company and generated during the competition, and only if the eligibility threshold has been reached per Participant. Winners will be contacted and informed within a week after the competition is finished. If the winner of a category has not reached the minimum eligibility threshold, The Company reserves the right to appoint a new winner for that category.

In case of breach of the terms and conditions, or in case of non-compliance, fraud or any other kind of damage towards The Company and/or its partners, The Company reserves the right to exclude the Participant from the contest with immediate effect. When excluded from the contest, the Participant may not claim any kind of compensation from The Company.

Travel and accommodation conditions

For all 7 winners, round-trip air transportation, along with 3 nights accommodation, will be provided. The air transportation to Amsterdam will be based on coach class tickets from a major, international airport closest to the winner’s residence. All travel must begin and end with the same major airport and same airline. The airline is selected at the sole discretion of The Company. Should affiliates arrange their own stopovers, open-jaw ticket, circle trips, frequent flyer mileage or any other trip modifications, The Company will reimburse the winner up to the amount of the original ticket price. Once the ticket is issued to the winner, additional change fees must be paid by the winner. A change in airline, flights or dates of travel, or any additional costs including, but not limited to, seat assignments, baggage fees, and in-flight purchases will be the responsibility of the winner. Contest winners who miss their flights will be required to pay for any additional flight changes to attend the event. Should the winner(s) be unable to attend, the next runner-up will be selected to replace the slot from the same category. The trip is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should the winner be a company, only one person shall represent that company as a winner. No cash alternative to the prize is offered and no substitutions are allowed.

The participant is fully responsible for all required travel documents.

For all winners, ground transportation from Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam to their hotel is provided, as well as transportation from the hotel to Schiphol Airport on the date of their return.

The hotel is selected at the sole discretion of The Company. Every winner will be accommodated in a separate room. All general costs for accommodation will be covered by The Company. Additional costs made by the winner(s) in terms of, but not limited to, extra hotel services, phone services, room services, and/or room damages, must be paid by the winner.

Privacy

We will live up to the Participant’s rights to privacy and confidentiality of personal information. Information provided will be used for the purposes of this Contest. The Participant is responsible for the confidentiality of his password and / or access to their affiliate account. The company is not responsible and will not compensate any damages occurred by third-party access of their account.

Indemnification

Each party (The Company and the Participant) agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the other party and its employees, agents, officers and directors, against any and all claims, causes of actions, judgments, demands, damages, losses or liabilities, including costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees and costs of suit), arising out of or relating to (a) any claim based upon infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret or other intellectual property rights of any third party; (b) any claim, representation, or statement made in the Advertisement; (c) any breach of any representation or warranty contained in The Contest.

Limitations of liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY), OR FOR INTERRUPTED COMMUNICATIONS, LOSS OF USE, LOST BUSINESS, LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST.

The Company maintains the right to terminate, adjust or suspend The Contest in case of extraordinary circumstances including, but not limited to: fraud, hacking, viruses or other issues that negatively impact the normal and secure course of The Contest.

The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages, costs and/or expenses arising from any delay or failure in performance of any part of the Contest due to an act of God, act of governmental authority, act of a public enemy or due to war, riot, flood, civil commotion, insurrection, labor difficulty, severe or adverse weather conditions, lack or shortage of electrical power, failure of performance by any third party hosting service or equipment provided or maintained by others, including general performance of the Internet itself, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of The Company.
