Responsibilities:

As a Support Engineer at Advidi, you will be a pivotal part of our tech support team, providing essential services to our non-technical and technical staff. This role demands a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also exemplary in communicating complex solutions simply and effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary support expert for our non-technical staff 

  • Collaborate with our technical teams

  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members, equipping them with the necessary tools to succeed

  • Address and manage queries and tickets related to our hardware and software

  • Emphasise customer-centric solutions and strategies

Required skills:


  • Proven experience in tech support, ideally with at least one year in a similar role

  • Fluent in English, with exceptional ability to convey complex tech concepts simply

  • Strong foundation in Windows and Apple/OS X administration

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking fundamentals

  • A solid understanding of maintaining robust security standards

Bonus Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Atlassian products like Jira

  • Experience with Gsuite

  • Hands-on experience with Google Workspace

  • Proficiency in Linux system administration

  • Knowledge of cloud computing basics
